Called them around 2pm (day before Thanksgiving)about my furnace occasionally not working. They said they could have a tech out to look at it that afternoon. Marcus arrived at 4:30 and determined that the controller was bad. Not that unexpected due to the furnace is over 20 years old. They are replacing furnace this coming Monday. Marcus was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend 24HR home Comfort.
I would give Marcus 100 stars if it were an option. He was at our house earlier than expected and we couldn't have been happier. He knew right away the issue we were having with our Central AC unit outside. He got things fixed and gave us the honest truth about what was wrong and went over options to move forward to make sure we were taken care of with honesty and good work. I will never use another company for services with our heating or cooling. I highly recommend 24hr Home Comfort for services.

Very thorough and informative! Technician Ian was able to answer all my questions and explained things in a way that made sense! He was very personable and knowledgeable! I was also informed of maintenence program that was very reasonable in cost that was defiantly not worth passing up! Have fun with the jeep Ian!
