24hr Home Comfort Service’s journey began in 1962, with a small Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration Company formerly known as Phil’s Refrigeration. Owned and Operated at the time by his namesake, Phil had built this company with the foundation of Residential Service and Installation. In 1984, Phil was ready to retire. Phil’s Refrigeration was then purchased by Lou Ann Pavlik and the Pavlik Family. From there they built an extensive residential service and installation client base. In 1997, the children of Lou Ann Pavlik, Ken and Tom Pavlik, continued ownership and renamed it Pavlik Brothers Heating & Cooling, Inc. Under Ken and Tom Pavlik, the company grew to be known as an industry leader.
Aero Forze Heating and Cooling was founded in 1995 by owner Ron Magrini. Incorporation for Aero Forze Heating & Cooling was completed in 1996. Ron built his company in the Northern Illinois market, initializing his dream with himself and two technicians. He set out to build his industry on the basics of helping homeowners with their best interests in mind
In June 2011, Ken and Tom Pavlik, along with Ron Magrini of Aero Forze Heating & Cooling joined forces to better serve our communities in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin! Tom, Ken & Ron decided that a joint effort of combined companies would be the best way to provide superior service for all their clients.
Together we became 24hr Home Comfort Services. In October 2011, we were entrusted with our local utility companies Heating & Cooling division. After the Utility acquisition, we grew to over 8500 clients and continue to grow that number monthly. With over 2000 google reviews, we maintain a 4.8-5-star rating. We are also A+ Certified with the Better Business Bureau.
