The serviceman was on time, very friendly and professional. 24 Hour picked up the furnace parts instead of having them shipped, so the repair could be done very quickly. I am very satisfied with their service
Our 24HR Home Comfort Service technician was excellent. Very professional, courteous, and thorough. He took the time to go over everthing with us and we appreciated the text notice he sent when he was enroute to our house.
It's awfully nice when a service tech comes,gets you going and doesn't try to sell you extra to jack up the bill.I didn't catch the guys name but He was very helpful.I will say good things about your company.
Mark, the tech, arrived within the window of time allotted, and efficiently completed the annual maintenance of the boiler, water heater, 2 forced air furnaces, air guard filters and humidifiers. That's a lot of work to do in less than 3 hours. Well done. Thanks.

Tech tried helping us over the phone so he didn't have to make a house visit. However, he had to come and replace a part. Amazing and fast service. They have never failed us.
