Very impressed with service technician, on time, checked everything. Even sold me an air filter and replaced it so I did not have to go to the basement. Washed out air conditioner unit. He even petted my dog. Excellent customer service.
Danny, our technician, did a great job on trouble shooting a problem we had with our humidifier connected with our futnace. He was able to resolve the problem and everything is working fine again. He was polite, friendly, professional and thorough. We have had him before and we were happy to see him again! Ken Manthey

They were so PLEASANT to talk to, so KNOWLEDGEABLE with their information about the furnace and your available services. They were efficient in every way possible!!! Their names were Ryan and Phil. They explained every detail to me and I couldn't have been happier with them! God bless those 2 wonderful young men. I was so glad to have heat once again. Your sales rep.
