Efficient, neat get the job done properly
Ian cleaned our furnace today. He was polite and professional, and also helped us to decide to have our heating ducts cleaned, by suggesting the payment plan we used for our new furnace we installed in October, 2023. Thanks Ian!
Trevor the IAQ specialist was very helpful with the AC checkup.and informed me of things I didn't know about the AC unit.
Technician showed up within the time scheduled and inspected my furnace in the basement and told me everything looks great no concerns

Technician was very pleasant and worked very quickly.
He put plastic wraps over his shoes when he stepped in the house. That was a 5. Each problem (there were 4 with my April Aire) he listened and knew what to look at and what fixed it; all 5s. It was pretty much a lesson in how it worked , what setting to use when; one that will me save money, using the reset button, when to turn the dial down because there is too much moisture in the winter, about how often I would need a new filter. All things the installer should have walked me through. I am in my 70s and he was very nice and friendly. I will call again when I need service and I will want the same man.
